If you are needing to convert your HIC bars to be used with an SCS setup this handle bar conversion kit from Blazer Pro is what you will need, this can be used with any HIC (Oversized diameter with a slit present) bars to convert for use with SCS.

Simply needs to be push inside your bar tube to stop the handle bars being compressed out of shape and enables them to be used with an SCS clamp. Flanged at the bottom to enable removable if required
